Review

Although the eye mask’s function is similar to a heat pack, it is more convenience because I need not crack anything to start up the heat. Once I open the pack, the mask will immediately heat up. The temperature of the heat is just right for my eyes; the comfort of the heat circulates around, and the mild steam really relaxes my eyes. After 15 minutes of usage, the heat will slowly reduce.

Review

I love how the Tanaka White 4X Intensive Whitening Serum comes in bottle with a pump so you can judge how much you're using. For me, it took 4 pumps to be sufficient for my entire face. The serum comes in a white, light, non-greasy texture. After application, the skin feels moisturised and cool. It also leaves a fragrant scent on the skin. the Tanaka White Double Whitening Day Cream SPF 20 on the other hand comes in a tangy colour with creamy texture. Upon application, there was a significant difference to my uneven skin tone and really brightens up the complexion! After using both of the products for approximately a week, the pigmentations and dark spots on my complexion has improved is getting less visible.

From the comparison picture, you can probably spot some shimmering colours on my eyelids and how they actually brighten up my eye. The picture is not doing the liner any justice. Out of the picture, it is a pretty pearly shade of pink! The colour is closer to what I drew on my hand. I adore how the liner dries up quickly upon application and do not leave any mark and smudges. The Lash King on the other hand gives me enough length but not so much of volume as you can see from the comparison. Even so, the Lash King is truly long lasting. Even after returning home after 8 hours, the mascara is still visible.

Starting from the roots, apply while lifting upwards, in a zigzag motion. For lower lashes, keep brush upright and apply while moving tip of brush sideways. This is Lash King’s basic application method.

Women tend to beautify their appearance through applying substances on their face, such as (liquid) foundation, mascara, eye shadow so on and so forth. I am not an exception. It sometime gets really exhausting having to remove the makeup thoroughly after returning home from a long day at work or late night parties.

Therefore, it was pure joy for me when Sample Store sent me a bottle of Biore Uru Uru 2-in-1 Instant Foaming Wash!

This foam wash removes light makeup and perform cleansing (2-in-1) at the same time, which imply lesser time consumed to freshen up my face. How convenient! Just 3 pumps is enough to remove light makeup, dirt and sebum. The 8x denser foam ensure close contact with skin and pores with minimal harsh cleansing motion.

I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks now, and it has greatly made makeup removing so much easier for me. It is stated that the product could only remove light makeup such as:

Face powder
Liquid foundation
BB Cream
Blusher
Eyebrow pencil
Lip gloss
UV cream

However, as shown in the ‘before’ picture, beside my BB cream, I was wearing my usual black pencil eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara which were not included in the light makeup category. Before I proceed, I have to say that this product really removes and cleanses well. It was an added surprise when the foam wash actually removed my eye make-up completely! To test whether there was still any residue left behind, I retreat to using a cotton pad filled with my own makeup remover lotion on the eye area. I was expecting to see a little bit of black or brown on the cotton pad, but the result shows a clear cotton pad. It might not remove all types of cosmetic, but it did remove my full face makeup afterall! It is a product I would gladly purchase and use.
