Siang Garden offers a variety of hearty dishes that are great for both lunchtime quick bites and evening gatherings with family and friends, and they are also the first zi char place to sell East-Meet-West pork knuckles!

Star of the restaurant, the signature Hot Plate Black Pepper Pork Knuckles ($23) is served sizzling hot with a generous portion of black pepper gravy, and the fall-off-the-bone tender chunks of meat that rested under the layer of crispy skin were pure goodness!

I ordered their family set that includes the pork knuckles and other belly satisfying dishes such as the Beancurd with Preserved Radish, Mini Abalone with Baby Kai Lan and Crispy Prawn Rolls.
