20th Montth
October 24, 2009:) 20 months together, joyous 20 months.
Walking hand in hand through these days, through all thick and thin, through the moments under his gentle care which made me grew a few sizes bigger! He was more than a boyfriend to love, he was practically my life.
As time goes by, his presence is an addiction, a drug I possibly can’t live without. A pillar I lean on to further my footsteps in life. In addition, he was a personally mentor leading me out of confusion, untangle my thoughts and shoving me to buck up for my educations.
Beside I love you; he deserved my most sincere thank you.
We had blood donations today, pretty meaningful and memorable! Insertion of needle was kind of rough, blue and black marking have already surfaced on my skin. So far so good, I didn’t show any sign of fainting, till my journey home. That is of course another story I will relate later on.
With bandages on hand, head a little light; we took train back to PS for My Sister’s Keeper. Around 40 minutes into the show, I started tearing already. A sisterhood so strong, a family doing anything to keep their love one alive.
A cancer patient, willing to give up everything, including the will to hang on to life. All the effort just to see the family reunite, to ease them from the pain of watching her suffer and fade away bit by bit each day.
Awesome show.
Alright, interested in the fainting period? Here’s how it all began.
Was in bus 325 line waiting to get home, everything was fine at first until the signs. The 4 horrible signs before I collapse.
1. Deafness
2. Headaches
3. Vomit sensation
4. Blindness
I was shaking baby and telling him, “OMG! Black spots! Deafness! I think I’m going to faint!” Right at this moment, in my full-of-black-spots-vision, I managed to catch a glimpse of bus 325 approaching the line.
And I totally lost my sight and energy. From what baby told me, on the 2nd step up the bus, without warning I collapse and lean towards the door. Bus driver was shocked, passengers behind me stunned, people at other line too. Gosh. I don’t know where to hide my face!
I know baby had a great shock from my sudden collapse. He ordered me to lie on his lap throughout the whole journey, or else the blood would not circulate. Of course, once I regain my consciousness, I started question him about what happen, who saw what
And my mind was screaming away,
“TAN HUI LING! YOU JUST FAINTED IN THE PUBLIC AGAIN! WTF!”
Gosh.
It’s terrifying and I guess I should get on the screen now and get some sleep back in bed.
