Went jogging when Bf around 8pm+, MAN. MY MUSCLES ARE ACHING! It's living hell! Watch my knees go jelly, butter fingers etc etc... Bf's tought trainer, darn tought! But I can feel the effect after everything though. YEAH.

I even brought myself weighting scale, now I'll have no excuse to stop excising and eating way beyond the standard meals :) Watch me shake off the fats in me!
