Received samples from Ensure Life, finally get to review it today! Replaced my dinner with a cup of their Strawberry flavoured milk shake :)

Taste verdict : Similar to strawberry milk less sugar

Ensure Life is a complete and balanced breakfast, drink, snack or convenient meal replacement to maintain good nutrition. After finishing a 230ml serving and munching on a pack of fresh blue berries, I was contently full! Even after I finished my work outs, I never found any sign of hunger. #happy

Pretty sure I will stock up a few packs at home!
