Floral Chiffon Top (upcoming)

Last weekends to spend before the boy is away for 5 days of man duty. Spend the entire Saturday walking around town, having each other's company is good enough. It was mid afternoon when we met up, we were hungry but as usual we didn't want to have anything heavy. So we picked Ginza Bairin from ION and tried their ramen for the first time.

Ordered their Tonkotsu Ramen, which wasn't as tasty as we thought it could be, Judging from the queue it often gets. Marutama is still our favourite :) Bought Taro milk at Somerset 313 and took underpass to Center Point where there's this Heritage Exhibit!

Trained down to Kovan for dinner with the J's family and supper time with my favourite ISD peeps! Chatted till late night at Serangoon Gardens and I truly appreciate God for these people. I love being around them :)

Impromptu decision to join baby & Js in town on Sunday, cab to Somerset 313 to spend few more hours with the boy. We  had dinner at Skinny Pizza Wheelock Place outlet. Very disappointing. Their American Sliders wasn't as fantastic as the one we had from Raffles City. The meat patty was dry and boring, it didn't had the juicy touch we experience over at the other outlet. Squid Ink pizza was rather normal too, the guys didn't like it.

Even my Meatball Spaghetti Napolitana wasn't great. Not only was it tasteless, it seems that the dish was not cook long enough or something. I like my food to be piping hot, freshly cooked and served out from the stove. But what I had was identical to food you left on the table for hours before you consume.

We left for home with disappointment and unsatisfied tummies :/
